Make sure there is no man or
woman, clan or tribe among you
today whose heart turns away from
the LORD our God to go and
worship the gods of those nations;

you that produces such bitter

WIVES/MOTHERS: She watches over the affairs of her household and does not eat the bread of idleness. Her children arise and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praises her: "Many women do noble things, but you surpass them all." Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting; but a woman who fears the LORD is to be praised. Proverbs 31:27-30
HUSBANDS/FATHERS: Love your wives and do not be harsh with them. .. in the same way be considerate as you live with your wives, and treat them with respect as the weaker partner and as heirs with you of the gracious gift of life, so that nothing will hinder your prayers. FATHERS, do not embitter your children, or they will become discouraged. Colossians 3:19, 21 and 1 Peter 3:7
CHILDREN: obey your parents in everything, for this pleases the Lord. Colossians 3:20
FAMILY: Finally, all of you, live in harmony with one another; be sympathetic, love as
brothers, be compassionate and humble. Do not repay evil with evil or insult with insult,
but with blessing, because to this you were called so that you may inherit a blessing. 1 Peter
3:8-9
